QRISK®3 — 10-year cardiovascular risk

UK-specific cardiovascular risk calculator. Estimates the 10-year risk of heart attack or stroke for adults aged 25-84.

Validated for the UK population using primary care data (QResearch). Used by NICE NG238 to identify patients for statin therapy (≥10% 10-year risk). Implementation per ClinRisk open-source GPL-3 algorithm matching qrisk.org.
