Under the physician's clinical judgement
- This is an organisational risk assessment under the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999 — not a diagnostic or screening test for any individual worker.
- Results reflect working conditions, not individual health; combine with sickness-absence, turnover and qualitative data before acting.
- Calculation runs locally in your browser — no data is stored (UK GDPR / Data Protection Act 2018). Aggregate survey data only; never identifiable individual responses.
- For official benchmarking and reporting use the HSE Analysis Tool; this scorer uses public 2008 norms.
