arriba 100-faces — communicate CV risk visually

Take any 10-year CV risk percentage (from SCORE2, QRISK3, ASCVD-PCE, CUORE or FINRISK) and translate it into a 10×10 pictogram the patient can immediately grasp: "Of 100 people like you, this many will have an event." Then visualise the effect of a preventive intervention — statin, smoking cessation, BP control — in the same grid.

Developed by the arriba consortium (DEGAM, Marburg) for German primary care; adopted across European OH as the canonical SDM visual aid for CV prevention. Useful in any country where percentage risk needs to become a patient-facing conversation.
