42 common occupational-medicine conditions from the Spanish INSS Manual de Tiempos Óptimos de Incapacidad Temporal (4th ed, 2017). The Manual assigns one optimal duration per ICD-10 code; xOH adds an orientative work-type adjustment factor (xOH heuristic, not from the Manual).

No other social security system publishes equivalent ICD-10 granularity. Days are clinical orientation, not legally binding in Deutschland.
